I am an Information, Advice & Guidance officer. My role is to support clients with things like PIP forms and give advice. Bank support, bills and paperwork which you may not understand – I am able to translate this into BSL. Making sure you are fully aware. I am able to support with any other issues, if you are not sure you can come and see us and we can help you!
