Rotted Gums and Teeth After Years of Smoking

Rotted Gums and Teeth After Years of Smoking

I smoked like a chimney for something
like 35 years, and I had gradually rotted away my gums, and teeth were
starting to be lost. Well my prosthodontist was very helpful in many
ways. It was a combination of oral surgery and implants. It was terrific. It wasn’t
necessary to try and hide, it was like a new world. My hope is that I can keep a
good healthy set of teeth going so that I don’t have to worry about eating a
good, hard apple or chomping on an ear of corn. These are little things, I know, but
they mean so much in terms of quality of life.
