How is Your Dental Hygiene?


(uptempo music) (upbeat piano music) – It’s October. It’s National Dental Hygiene Month. Who knew? – That’s great. What’s great is it’s a very
important part of your health, so it’s something we need to talk about, it’s something we need to think about. Don’t neglect your teeth. Make sure you do
everything, you have a good regiment for brushing. Brushing at least least 2 minutes. If you have like an electric toothbrush or something that times it for you, it makes it so much easier,
makes it so much more fun. Make sure you floss, make sure you gargle, you know, the whole regiment. But I’ll tell you what,
when you do it, it makes such a difference and your
dental health is so important. You don’t want gum disease. You don’t want things that
can affect your health in so many other different ways. And again start with
small, micro, mini habits. The co-founder of our
company at one point said, “Look, if it’s tough for
you to floss” he said, “have some dental floss
out, and every day, “just commit to flossing one tooth, “that’s all, just one tooth. “Do that for a while and then gradually “increase it to two teeth.” And I’ll tell you what, it works. Just do what you have to do, but dental hygiene is important. So, get your toothbrush
out, lay that floss on the counter, make sure you take care of your teeth, because that’s going to have a great effect on your overall health. That’s it, thanks for listening. you’re one minute closer
